Tilting pre-assembly table
The MPI is a tilting table used as a pre-assembly work station for doors, either before an automatic press or simply for manual assembly.
The work surface can be angled between 0°-70° which enables large doors to be assembled easily and it is equipped with a lateral alignment bar, so that the door can be rested on a ‘0’ reference line during assembly. Templates can be placed on the work surface to support central panels or glass and maintain alignment with the frame.
The tilting and unloading maneuvers are controlled by a two-handed pushbutton panel or foot pedal. When the assembled door is ready to be unloaded, two transversal belts rise from the work surface to aid transportation of the door onto the production line.
